Entry Level Legal Consultant Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level legal consultant job?
Focus on demonstrating analytical and research skills through internships, clinic work, or writing samples, since employers at this level often weigh those over years of experience. Tailor your resume to each posting, highlight any exposure to contracts, compliance, or regulatory work, and apply to roles that explicitly welcome new graduates or list zero to two years of experience as acceptable.
Which companies hire entry level legal consultants?
Companies hiring entry level legal consultants right now include Jobot, Amazon, and MES Life Safety, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level covers large consulting firms, corporate legal departments, and specialized compliance or regulatory advisory practices that build junior talent from the ground up.
Are there remote entry level legal consultant jobs?
Yes, though on-site roles still make up the majority at this stage. About 21% of entry level legal consultant openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so candidates who need flexibility have real options without limiting their search to a single city.
Are these new grad legal consultant jobs?
Yes, the listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior legal consultant roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internship or clinic hours in place of full-time history, or explicitly invites candidates to submit a writing portfolio rather than requiring demonstrated professional tenure.
Which industries hire the most entry level legal consultants?
Entry Level legal consultant roles concentrate in Education, Staffing & Recruiting, and Law & Legal Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Those sectors drive junior hiring because they face ongoing contract, compliance, and regulatory demands that create consistent entry points for candidates building their first professional experience.
