- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing and advertising plans (across digital, print, radio, and social media) to maximize season, individual, and group ticket sales for core sports, while serving as the primary lead for Paciolan/Eloqua platforms and Pac Digital advertising.
- Designs and executes on-campus promotional initiatives to boost fan attendance at both ticketed and non-ticketed events, which includes building, managing, and improving game-day scripts and promotional timelines (run of show) for revenue-generating sports.
- Oversees the daily allocation of time and talent for interns, graduate assistants, and part-time staff, while driving continuous improvement through problem-solving, tracking annual performance metrics, and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

- Cultivates positive relationships with the University community, external vendors, and internal departments (Media, Tickets, Facilities, and Sponsorships) to enhance in-game promotions and reinforce the department's mission, while actively participating on committees, researching industry best practices via surveys, and pursuing continuous professional development for self and staff.
