Entry Level Marketing Campaign Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level marketing campaign manager job?
Focus on building a portfolio that shows real campaign work, whether from internships, class projects, freelance clients, or self-initiated experiments. Employers at this level want to see that you can plan a campaign, write copy, and measure results. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, paid social basics, and Google Analytics gives candidates a clear edge over those without hands-on tool experience.
Which companies hire entry level marketing campaign managers?
Companies hiring entry level marketing campaign managers right now include TikTok, United Way, and Entravision, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring covers fast-growing startups that need generalists, mid-size consumer brands building out their marketing teams, and agencies that develop junior talent through campaign rotations.
Are there remote entry level marketing campaign manager jobs?
Yes, though the mix varies by industry and employer size. About 29% of entry level marketing campaign manager openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, making this a relatively accessible role for candidates outside major metro markets. Many employers offering remote options still expect candidates to join team stand-ups and collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams.
Are these new grad marketing campaign manager jobs?
Yes, the openings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles alongside other entry level positions. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or coursework as qualifying background, or asks for a portfolio instead of a long work history. Look for language like "recent graduates encouraged to apply" or "training provided" as clear signals.
