Entry Level Performance Marketing Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level performance marketing analyst job?
Employers at this level look for hands-on familiarity with paid search or paid social platforms, basic analytics skills, and comfort working inside tools like Google Analytics or a spreadsheet-heavy reporting workflow. A portfolio showing a campaign you managed, even a small student or internship project, carries real weight. Certifications from Google or Meta ad platforms also signal readiness when your work history is short.
Which companies hire entry level performance marketing analysts?
Companies hiring entry level performance marketing analysts right now include YMCA, Noble Studios, and Rivian, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from growth-stage startups, direct-to-consumer brands, and digital agencies that build junior talent in-house rather than requiring candidates to arrive with years of independent experience.
Are there remote entry level performance marketing analyst jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and role type. About 50% of entry level performance marketing analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making this one of the more flexible entry points in the marketing field. Many fully remote roles still expect candidates to attend occasional team meetings or onboarding sessions, so check each listing for the exact arrangement.
Are these new grad performance marketing analyst jobs?
Yes. The listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior performance marketing analyst roles alongside other entry level postings. A new-grad-friendly posting typically welcomes candidates with zero to two years of experience and treats internship work, coursework projects, or a self-built portfolio as qualifying background rather than requiring a formal employment history in the role.
Which industries hire the most entry level performance marketing analysts?
Entry Level performance marketing analyst roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Banking & Financial Services, and Non-Profit & Social Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors invest heavily in paid digital channels and need junior analysts to help manage campaign data, optimize ad spend, and report on performance, creating consistent demand for candidates who are earlier in their careers.
