Entry Level Marketing Associate Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level marketing associate job?
Employers hiring at this level look for demonstrated curiosity about marketing more than years of experience. A portfolio showing real work, such as a social media campaign, email sequence, or content project, gives you a concrete edge. Internship experience, coursework in digital marketing or analytics, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or a CRM platform all signal readiness for a junior role.
Which companies hire entry level marketing associates?
Companies hiring entry level marketing associates right now include Amazon, Mastercard, and Tata Technologies, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Both growing startups and established consumer brands regularly bring on junior marketing associates, making this one of the more accessible entry points across industries.
Are there remote entry level marketing associate jobs?
Yes, though remote availability varies by employer and role type. About 40% of entry level marketing associate openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how broadly marketing work has shifted to flexible arrangements. Hybrid roles are especially common at mid-size companies that want junior team members in the office part of the week.
Are these new grad marketing associate jobs?
Yes. These listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior marketing associate roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts internships or freelance work toward that requirement, or accepts a portfolio in place of full-time history. Searching for new grad openings on Migrate Mate surfaces roles that explicitly invite candidates who are just starting out.
Which industries hire the most entry level marketing associates?
Entry Level marketing associate roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Education, and Manufacturing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors tend to hire at the junior level because they run high volumes of campaigns, content, and customer communications that benefit from dedicated entry level support.
