Entry Level Sales Coordinator Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level sales coordinator job?
Entry level sales coordinator roles reward candidates who demonstrate organization, communication, and a willingness to learn sales processes from the ground up. Highlight any internship experience, coursework in business or marketing, or part-time customer-facing roles. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, even from a class project, gives new candidates a real edge at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level sales coordinators?
Companies hiring entry level sales coordinators right now include Herc Rentals, Amedisys, and SWS Equipment, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a wide range of employers, from fast-growing startups building out their first sales teams to established mid-size companies that regularly onboard junior coordinators through structured training programs.
Are there remote entry level sales coordinator jobs?
Yes, though fully remote openings at this level are less common than in-office or hybrid roles. About 30% of entry level sales coordinator openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so candidates open to a mix of settings will have the widest range of opportunities to choose from.
Are these new grad sales coordinator jobs?
Yes, many of the roles listed here are new grad and junior positions that explicitly welcome recent graduates with little to no professional experience. A new grad friendly posting typically accepts zero to two years of experience, counts internships or volunteer work toward requirements, and values a strong portfolio or academic project over a long work history.
Which industries hire the most entry level sales coordinators?
Entry Level sales coordinator roles concentrate in Construction & Real Estate, Transportation & Logistics, and Insurance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive consistent junior hiring because their sales cycles depend on organized support staff to manage pipelines, coordinate client communications, and keep deals moving from first contact through close.
