What You’ll Do
Develop Product and Industry Knowledge
- Learn how our products are used. Build a working understanding of CIMON’s hardware, software, and customer applications through product exploration, technical documentation, demonstrations, and conversations with Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering.
- Stay informed about the industry. Research automation technologies, customer priorities, emerging applications, and competitor products and messaging. Turn your findings into specific content ideas and marketing recommendations.
- Connect capabilities to customer needs. Help explain which problems our products address, what differentiates them, and why particular features matter to engineers, equipment builders, and other decision-makers.
Create Content Engineers Can Use
- Develop clear, useful written content. Research and write articles, application stories, product pages, selection guides, emails, social posts, and sales materials that answer relevant customer questions.
- Create practical video and visual content. Plan, script, record, and edit product explainers, short demonstrations, screen recordings, interviews, and other content. Work with technical colleagues to capture accurate examples and explain what the viewer is seeing.
- Find stories within the business. Talk with engineers, sales colleagues, customers, and partners to identify common questions, interesting applications, and customer experiences that deserve to be shared.
- Own the path from idea to publication. Propose an approach, gather the necessary information, coordinate technical and brand review, incorporate feedback, and deliver finished work on agreed deadlines.
