New Hampshire's technology and healthcare sectors tend to favor candidates who can show brand consistency across digital and print formats. Community College System of New Hampshire programs offer design credentials that some local employers recognize for entry-level hiring.
How much do marketing designers make in New Hampshire?
Marketing designers in New Hampshire earn a median of about $60,490 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $47,030 for the lowest 10% to over $95,680 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.

Which New Hampshire cities have the most marketing designer jobs?
Merrimack, Manchester, and Nashua have the most marketing designer openings in New Hampshire. Manchester and Nashua drive volume as the state's two largest commercial centers, anchored by corporate offices in insurance, defense, and technology, while Portsmouth attracts demand from hospitality, tourism, and regional consumer brands concentrated along the Seacoast.

Yes, and more than most fields. About 38% of marketing designer openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how naturally the work adapts to digital collaboration tools.
