Entry Level Marketing Lead Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level marketing lead job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for candidates who can show real work: a portfolio with campaign samples, college projects, or freelance pieces carries more weight than years on a resume. Internship experience, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager, and a clear understanding of one marketing channel give candidates a concrete edge at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level marketing leads?
Companies hiring entry level marketing leads right now include Enova Science, OpenAI, and Socure, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a wide range of employers, from fast-growing startups building their first marketing teams to established brands backfilling junior roles on an ongoing basis.
Are there remote entry level marketing lead jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and industry. About 33% of entry level marketing lead openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so a meaningful share of roles let you work fully or partly off-site. Filtering by work setting when you search helps you focus on the format that fits your situation.
Are these new grad marketing lead jobs?
Yes, the listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles. A posting is typically new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or coursework in place of full-time history, or explicitly invites a portfolio as part of the application. If a role lists those signals, it is built for candidates entering the field for the first time.
Which industries hire the most entry level marketing leads?
Entry Level marketing lead roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Science & Research, and Manufacturing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Those sectors tend to run high volumes of campaigns and need junior marketers who can support content, paid media, or brand work without requiring years of specialized experience to get started.
