- Bridge Systems: Foster powerful, proactive collaborations between schools, families, and community mental health providers (with a direct link to Riverbend).
- Coordinate Care: Streamline service delivery by facilitating seamless referrals and coordinating comprehensive care plans.
- Consult & Support: Partner directly with school staff across all grade levels to offer expert guidance on student mental health.
- Drive Sustainability: Champion systems-thinking initiatives designed to build long-term, equitable mental health resources within the district.
