Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Washington DC for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.
Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Washington DC, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.
We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.
What It Means to Be a Founding ProviderFounding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:

- Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.
- Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.
- Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,
- chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
- Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
- Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
- Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
- Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.

Nurse Practitioner Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a nurse practitioner job in Washington?
Washington's hiring is dominated by federally affiliated health systems, Veterans Affairs facilities, and community health centers serving the district's diverse neighborhoods. Candidates with primary care, psychiatric, or geriatric specializations are in particularly strong demand. Tailoring your application to mission-driven organizations, highlighting any federal or underserved-population experience, and targeting employers in Capitol Hill, Anacostia, and Columbia Heights gives you a concrete edge in this market.
Which companies hire nurse practitioners in Washington?
Washington nurse practitioner roles are posted by Children's National Hospital, MedStar Health, and One Medical and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. The local market includes a mix of large academic medical centers, federally operated clinics, and nonprofit community health centers spread throughout the district.
Are there remote nurse practitioner jobs in Washington?
Yes, though remote opportunities are limited by nature since most nurse practitioner roles require direct patient care. About 22% of nurse practitioner openings tied to Washington are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, concentrated in telehealth platforms and care management programs. Federal health agencies based in Washington occasionally post fully remote utilization review or clinical advisory roles.
How can I get a nurse practitioner job in Washington with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Washington is through federally qualified health centers and the district's network of community health organizations, which regularly hire new graduates to serve underserved populations. Roles in primary care clinics across Wards 7 and 8, residency programs at George Washington or Howard University Hospital, and part-time telehealth positions all provide structured onboarding. Bilingual skills and any community or public health rotation experience strengthen a new graduate's application considerably here.
Which industries hire the most nurse practitioners in Washington?
Most nurse practitioner openings in Washington sit in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Consulting & Professional Services, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Washington's role as the seat of federal government means an unusually high concentration of VA facilities, federally contracted health programs, and policy-adjacent clinical organizations that sustain consistent local demand.
