Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN with a WI or compact RN license for a specialized GYN/GU/Transplant Operating Room position requiring robotic surgery and transplant experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Operating Room setting specializing in GYN/GU and Transplant procedures
- Procedures include kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, nephrectomy, hysterectomy (laparoscopic, robotic, and abdominal), cystectomy, ureteroscopy, HOLEP, urological and GYN robotic cases, and anterior/posterior repair
- Equipment includes the Da Vinci Xi robotic system and urological robotic platforms
- Day/Evening 12-hour shifts, Monday–Friday variation with hours of 0940–2210
- Weekend call required
- Orientation is conducted Monday–Friday, 0640–1510 for the first two weeks
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Experience in Urology, Gynecology/Oncology, kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, and robotic surgery required
Additional Information
- This is a Tier 5 OR specialty position — candidates must have a strong match across all required subspecialties
- Robotic scrubbing or circulating experience with the Da Vinci Xi system is essential given the high volume of robotic cases
