About the Role
The Business Operations Analyst role serves as the reporting governance and decision-support function within OEA. This role is responsible for creating trusted performance visibility, standardizing reporting logic, and generating actionable insights that support leadership decision-making across LoBs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and govern reporting standards, metric definitions, and visibility frameworks across LoBs to maintain a consistent source of truth.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve recurring reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level performance views.
- Deliver high-impact deep-dives and structured analysis to identify trends, risks, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner closely with Planning and Performance, LoB leaders, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and QA to align on definitions and data interpretation.
- Improve reporting efficiency by standardizing outputs, reducing manual effort, and identifying opportunities for automation in reporting workflows.
- Contribute to Operational Excellence and Automation by improving reporting scalability, reducing friction, and embedding insight-driven decision-making.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $71,778 - $151,112 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
