Advanced Medical Services LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and highly detail-oriented Healthcare Field Operations Coordinator to support patient transportation, travel logistics, appointment coordination, and field-based patient support in the Denver area.
This is a PRN/on-call position to start, with hours scheduled as needed based on patient volume, appointments, surgeries, airport pickups, travel needs, and care coordination requirements. The right candidate will be comfortable transporting patients, coordinating flights, lodging, airport pickups, appointments, and other travel-related logistics while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field-based work, has flexibility in their schedule, and is comfortable providing high-level support to patients in a transportation and logistics-focused role.

Operations Coordinator Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a operations coordinator job in Denver?
Target Denver's most active hiring sectors: technology companies in the Denver Tech Center, health systems anchored downtown and in Aurora, and logistics firms near the I-70 corridor. Tailoring your resume to show process improvement, vendor coordination, or cross-functional project support gives you a clear edge here. Candidates who can point to measurable efficiency gains or experience with ERP tools move faster through local hiring pipelines.
Which companies hire operations coordinators in Denver?
Employers hiring operations coordinators in Denver right now include State of Colorado, Cushman & Wakefield, and Primoris Services Corporation, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Denver's mix of corporate headquarters, regional offices, and fast-growing mid-size companies across tech, healthcare, and energy creates steady, year-round demand for this role.
Are there remote operations coordinator jobs in Denver?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role. Desk-based and analytical operations coordinator positions are far more likely to offer flexibility than hands-on or facilities-focused roles. About 50% of operations coordinator openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with hybrid arrangements most common at Denver's tech and professional services employers in the downtown core and Denver Tech Center.
How can I get a operations coordinator job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Denver is through administrative or coordinator assistant roles at mid-size companies in the Denver Tech Center or healthcare systems like UCHealth and SCL Health, which regularly hire at the entry level. Lateral moves from customer service, office management, or logistics support are common stepping stones locally. Familiarity with project management tools and a demonstrated ability to organize workflows across teams consistently distinguishes entry-level candidates here.
Which industries hire the most operations coordinators in Denver?
