What a Typical Day Might Look Like
- Review production, timekeeping, and attendance data for accuracy (UKG/Kronos, Oracle)
- Investigate discrepancies and partner with frontline supervisors to resolve issues
- Update KPI dashboards and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet)
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and other support teams on system or process issues
- Track open issues and ensure timely resolution
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting or workflows and implement improvement
Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate time, attendance, productivity, and operational data using systems such as UKG (formerly Kronos) and Oracle
- Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, and coordinate timely corrections with frontline teams and cross-functional partners
- Support the accuracy of production incentive calculations and related reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute KPI reports using Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet
- Monitor data trends to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and potential risks
- Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable insights for decision-making
- Serve as a central point of contact between Assembly Operations and HR, IT, Purchasing, and Facilities
- Coordinate follow-up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication efforts
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative and reporting processes to reduce errors and rework
- Develop, document, and maintain clear procedures and work standards
- Manage departmental logistics including supplies, organization, and workspace support
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or high-volume coordination role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, analysis, and reporting)
- Proven ability to manage data-intensive, repetitive work with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, payroll, or timekeeping environments
- Experience with systems such as UKG (Kronos), Oracle, Power BI, or Smartsheet
- Proven track record of identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
- Professional certifications such as CAP or COM
