- Advance process improvement and operational excellence initiatives; lead change management, including large-scale organizational change.
- Oversee project management and program management, communicate priorities and results to executives, and build effective business development practices.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated senior leadership, executive leadership, and executive-level team management, including supervising experience.
- Experience in operations management, operational management, business operations, and strategic management.
- Skills in financial management, budgeting, executive-level budget management, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Ability to lead strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and organizational change.
- Strong leadership and verbal communication with executives; able to make data-driven decisions and manage business development.
Pay: $220,000.00 - $311,000.00 per year
