We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction & Customer Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. This role supports go-to-market fiber construction initiatives as well as ongoing customer marketing, including customer migration and upgrades. This position will execute and optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sale, launch, post-build migration and upsell, while managing marketing automation, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing operations experience and the ability to work closely with construction, sales, eCommerce, and customer-facing teams to drive growth and customer adoption.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor and optimize construction and overbuild marketing campaigns to meet pre-sale and launch objectives
- Support current customer marketing initiatives, including product migration, service upgrades, retention, and cross-sell/upsell campaigns
- Track and manage marketing automation platforms and website conversions to ensure a smooth end-to-end funnel across acquisition and existing customer journeys; implement segmentation, targeting, and nurturing strategies as needed
- Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager to execute various marketing tactics, including but not limited to direct mail/email campaigns for both new and existing customers
- Collaborate with Construction Operations, Field Ops, and Customer Operations teams to stay aligned on build timelines, market readiness, migration strategies, and customer experience considerations; communicate changes to the broader marketing team
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion, migration, and upgrade rates
- Work closely with eCommerce team to define lead qualification, track campaign effectiveness, and support smooth transitions from marketing to sales
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes for efficiency and scalability within the marketing operations workflow
- Maintain thorough documentation, workflows, and marketing playbooks for construction launches, customer migration, and lifecycle campaigns

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role.
- Experience in a telecommunication environment a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation platforms, lead nurturing, and conversion funnels
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) to track and optimize campaign performance
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing concepts, including onboarding, migration, and upgrade communications
- Operational mindset with a customer-first lens and the ability to translate complex operational inputs into clear, timely customer-facing marketing execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to proactively articulate ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
- Ability to collaborate with various functional groups and employees at different levels to achieve results effectively and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and resolves issues early while thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environments
- Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test prior to employment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms a plus
- MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and walk.
- Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
- Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
- Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
