- Support Account Directors in all aspects of the sales process, from order entry through campaign delivery with assistance from Ad Sales Assistant.
- Enter and maintain all sales orders accurately in Wide Orbit system for all national orders
- Ensure Accuracy of order entry and log placement including timeliness in handling makegoods and revisions
- Manage television, digital, sponsorship, and bonus orders in Wide Orbit, confirming rates, rotations, flight dates, and inventory placement.
- Ensure order entry and log placement accuracy, including timely handling of revisions, preemptions, and makegoods in coordination with Traffic and Account Directors.
- Assist the Executive Director, Sales Operations with both local and national sales efforts and serve as an additional point of contact when needed.
- Input all bonus to fill networks open inventory
- Coordinate with the Traffic Department to confirm commercial placement, timing, copy instructions, and advertiser creative materials.
- Review all logs to verify that all spots are scheduled as ordered and logs maintain balance and separation of advertising partners.
- Support Altitude+ DAI streaming campaign execution by coordinating order details, creative assets, targeting requirements, flight dates, inventory availability, and delivery expectations with Sales, Traffic, Ad Operations, and streaming partners.
- Monitor Altitude+ DAI streaming schedules and delivery pacing, assisting with revisions, makegoods, troubleshooting, and communication of any under-delivery, schedule changes, or technical issues.
- Maintain documentation for Altitude+ DAI streaming campaigns, including order summaries, creative status, targeting notes, delivery updates, and recap information for internal teams and client reporting.
- Monitor campaign delivery, escalating under-delivery or schedule changes as appropriate with the Account Directors
- Maintain client contact lists, order summaries, campaign recaps, digital files, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist with billing reconciliation by ensuring orders are invoiced correctly and resolving discrepancies with accounting.
- Pull Nielsen ratings and demographic reports to support Account Director proposals and post-buy analysis for national orders.
- Monitor and track all ordered schedules through the sales cycle to ensure deal points are adhered to per client and agency expectations.
- Assist with onboarding new advertisers and setting up accounts in internal systems in coordination with the accounting team.
- Provide backup support to the Sales Assistant as needed.
- Typical office conditions with regular use of computer systems, internal order management platforms.
- Minimum
- BS/BA degree in Sales or Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in sales support, advertising operations, traffic, or media.
- Working knowledge of television, digital, sponsorship, or media sales processes.
- Experience with Wide Orbit, Nielsen, or similar media sales and ratings systems.
- Preferred
- Professional, collegiate, and/or media related sales experience
- Previous media sales experience in Sports field or organization
- Experience with DAI/Streaming, digital ad operations, streaming campaign trafficking, or related ad-serving workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, log review, and campaign maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across Sales, Traffic, Accounting, and clients/agencies.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines teams and revisions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, CoPilot, Notebook and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with DAI/Streaming, digital ad operations, streaming campaign trafficking, or related ad-serving workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to schedule changes, makegoods, preemptions, and campaign updates.
- Base salary range: $31.25 -$36.06
