Provides essential operational and administrative support to designated business teams. Manages project coordination, data analytics, reporting, and day-to-day logistics to ensure smooth execution of business priorities. Serves as a key point of contact for scheduling, communications, and project management, supporting both the leadership team and broader business initiatives. The analyst will work collaboratively across all of CoBank's functions and with their leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).

The typical base pay range for this role is between $81,500 - $93,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
