The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate-Business Operations-Office of the Chief Commercial Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming smooth operations and promoting consistent execution across sectors. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful relationships, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity for growth.
In this role, you will support leaders by representing their perspectives in meetings and decisions, organizing leadership team calls, and overseeing research and data analysis. You will collaborate across lines of service to share knowledge and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery. This position offers a chance to deepen your technical skills and enhance your personal brand while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating strategic initiatives and projects to support business operations
- Organizing leadership team meetings and facilitating effective communication across sectors

- Promoting consistent execution of projects and initiatives across various lines of service
- Collaborating with leaders to anticipate future needs and represent their perspectives in meetings

- Supporting operational execution by tracking and reporting on project progress and outcomes
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and promoting the use of technology and tools for sales and delivery
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to its changes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's guidelines
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
