Operations Support
- Organize and maintain property listings, client databases, and CRM systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showings.
- Coordinate client follow-ups, feedback requests, and email communications.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
Analytics & Lead Gen
- Track performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI.
- Track and report on analytics for email campaigns and website traffic.
- Create geo-targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Design and send targeted postcards to reach buyers and sellers directly.
Digital Presence & Strategy
- Write SEO-friendly blog posts or articles for the website to increase organic traffic.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
Client Engagement
- Assist with the organization of in-person client events and community outreach efforts.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services.
- Brainstorm and execute unique ideas for building client loyalty and fostering long-term relationships.
