How do I get a senior level operations specialist job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who have owned end-to-end processes, driven measurable improvements, and led projects or teams without close supervision. Highlight specific outcomes you delivered, systems or workflows you redesigned, and any experience mentoring junior staff or coordinating across departments. A background in data analysis, vendor management, or process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma gives candidates a clear edge.
