We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in design quality, process validation, risk management, CAPA, and product quality. This role will support new product introduction, design control, verification and validation, design transfer, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute process validation strategies using statistical and analytical tools to support new product introduction and production transfer.
- Manage design control activities, including design inputs, verification, validation, and design transfer.
- Develop and maintain quality plans and technical documentation for hardware, software, and systems.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives using quality, reliability, and post-market surveillance data.
- Review product and system performance data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Evaluate design inputs related to usability, reliability, performance, manufacturability, and safety.
- Support product risk management activities, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and documentation.
- Analyze post-market performance data and provide recommendations for product and manufacturing improvements.
- Support internal and external audits and inspections by maintaining appropriate quality documentation and processes.
- Lead CAPA activities, including problem identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to improve product quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve project and quality objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on quality engineering practices and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
