This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs. The Salesforce Architect will contribute to the integration of Salesforce with other healthcare systems, ensuring data integrity and interoperability. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Proven experience working within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g. eSignature, APIs).

- Develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components tailored to healthcare workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Follow best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment within the healthcare context.
- Integrate Salesforce with electronic health records (EHR), member management systems, and other healthcare applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce environments.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and healthcare industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
