- Remove blockers and coordinate cross-team dependencies
- Partner closely with Product Owners, leadership, and stakeholders
- Promote transparency through Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, accountability, and psychological safety

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience supporting distributed teams in virtual collaboration environments such as Microsoft Teams
