As a Practice Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.

- Define roadmaps for multi-module ServiceNow adoption and maturity.
- Lead design and configuration across multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to:
- IRM/GRC – Policy, Risk, Audit, Compliance
- HRSD – Employee Center, Lifecycle Events
- Define and enforce platform governance and development standards.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to junior consultants and developers.
- Review solution designs and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Support practice leadership in building accelerators, reusable components, and best practices.
Required Skill
- Proven expertise in at least 3–4 major ServiceNow modules, with exposure to most others.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID server), and ATF.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, scoped apps, and custom app development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and enterprise service delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
