- Assessing the impact of proposed DoD policy changes on DLA Cloud, OT, IT, and IA/cybersecurity architecture
- Developing and documenting standards and guides for IA/cybersecurity solutions across Cloud, OT, and IT

OT Jobs in Philadelphia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a ot job in Philadelphia?
Philadelphia's strongest hiring comes from its dense concentration of academic medical centers, large rehabilitation networks, and the School District of Philadelphia. Candidates who target outpatient clinics in University City and health systems anchored in Center City tend to find the most openings. Specialties in pediatrics, hand therapy, and geriatric rehab give you an edge here, and familiarity with urban school-based settings is a genuine differentiator in this market.
Which companies hire ots in Philadelphia?

Philadelphia's mix of teaching hospitals, multi-site rehab groups, and public school contracts creates a broad range of employer types across the city.
Are there remote ot jobs in Philadelphia?
Yes, though remote work is limited by nature for ots since most roles require direct patient or client contact. About 50% of ot openings tied to Philadelphia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, concentrated among telehealth platforms and care coordination roles. School-based consultation and cognitive rehabilitation documentation support are the areas where Philadelphia employers most commonly offer flexible or remote scheduling.
How can I get a ot job in Philadelphia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Philadelphia is through fieldwork-to-hire pipelines at the city's large health systems and rehabilitation centers, which regularly convert OT students into entry-level staff. Skilled nursing facilities across Northeast Philadelphia and home health agencies serving the broader region are the most consistent employers of new graduates. Applying for rehab aide or OT technician roles at outpatient clinics while completing licensure is a common lateral move that builds local clinical relationships.
