The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing global product strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans for a portfolio of digital products in support of HAVI's Global Planning and Analytics objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, product leadership, and technology teams across regions to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
You will own a portfolio of products throughout the product lifecycle, translating customer and business needs into prioritised roadmaps, requirements, and successful delivery outcomes. As part of HAVI's digital transformation journey, you will identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and advanced analytics, to enhance customer experiences, improve decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
This is a hybrid role based at 345 N Morgan St, Chicago, IL 60607. Candidates must reside in the Chicago metropolitan area. Relocation assistance is not offered at this time.
Requirnments:
5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, or related experience.
3+ years of experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery across the product lifecycle.
Deep understanding of product management principles and the software product development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SaaS product delivery.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Product Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into product solutions.
Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple markets and regions.
Experience building and delivering digital products within cloud-based or SaaS environments.
Experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Retail or related industries is strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
Product strategy, roadmap planning, portfolio prioritisation, and product lifecycle management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
Customer-centric product development and requirements prioritisation.
Cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs.
Strong leadership potential with the ability to build engagement and foster collaboration.
Responsibilties:
Lead the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities for a portfolio of digital products supporting HAVI's Global Planning and Analytics objectives.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to define product vision, prioritise requirements, and translate business needs into roadmaps, backlogs, features, and user stories.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and other emerging technologies to improve product capabilities and business outcomes.
Analyse customer feedback, market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution, quality delivery, and achievement of business objectives.
Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and value-realisation measures to support data-driven decision making.
Create and maintain product documentation, including business cases, requirements, roadmaps, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
Support product portfolio planning and prioritisation while acting as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Starting Salary is $120,000-$130,000 with a 10% targeted bonus
