Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, is currently looking for a full-time Oncology RN Navigator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess specialty-specific clinical knowledge and have a passion for providing individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers. In this pivotal role, you will help patients navigate healthcare system barriers, ensuring a seamless care experience from referral to specialty care and beyond, including survivorship and end-of-life care.
As an RN Navigator, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills and expertise to coordinate patient care along the specialty continuum. You will employ critical thinking and decision-making abilities to guide specialty care teams, addressing the complex needs of patients throughout their healthcare journey.

What you'll need:
- Current Washington state RN license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Oncology Nursing preferred
- Oncology Navigation experience preferred
- ONS Certification required
- OCN Certification strongly preferred
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification may be required
Schedule: 0.8 FTE; 32 hours/week; Day Shift
