FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: 0630-1700 with call requirements and holiday rotation.
Position Summary
The Certified Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of the surgical patient and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. The Surgical Technologist has responsibility for the assembly, set-up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures. Work situations are primarily routine but may change rapidly to an emergent or critical situation, and may require both directed and independent decision-making depending on the nature of the situation.
Requirements
- Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
- National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
- Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Previous experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $30.25 - $49.98 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
