Full-Time Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary
Harmony Health Partners WA is seeking a full-time Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight for our outpatient mental health program. This role supports clinicians and agency-affiliated counselors, reviews clinical documentation, helps maintain quality standards, and works with leadership to strengthen services for clients and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to assigned staff.
- Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Consult with staff on complex cases, safety concerns, and ethical questions.
- Support staff training and professional development.
- Review and help implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Prepare for licensing reviews, payer credentialing, and audits.
- Maintain required records of supervision and clinical oversight.
- Serve as the designated clinical supervisor or clinical director for the program, as applicable to the candidate’s qualifications and the agency’s licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to improve care and support program growth.
Qualifications
- Active Washington license as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, psychologist, or psychiatric ARNP.
- Meets applicable Washington requirements to supervise assigned clinical staff and agency-affiliated counselors.
- At least two years of clinical experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with outpatient mental health services, clinical documentation, and crisis consultation.
- Strong understanding of professional ethics, confidentiality, and applicable Washington behavioral health requirements.
- Clear communication skills and an interest in developing clinical staff.
Hours and Pay
