We are a growing behavioral health and peer support organization committed to providing high-quality clinical services and professional peer coaching support. We are seeking two experienced Clinical Directors to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for our clinical and peer support programs.
Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Director to support day-to-day clinical quality, reflective supervision, and case-level compliance across our multidisciplinary team. This role is focused on direct supervisory engagement—leading individual and group supervision, reviewing documentation, and mentoring staff to ensure ethical, client-centered care. This position is ideal for a licensed behavioral health professional who enjoys coaching, clinical education, and direct case consultation.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff and peer coaches.
- Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and service summaries for accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as an accessible clinical resource for staff consultation, crisis intervention, and risk-assessment support.
- Support clinician onboarding, case assignment reviews, and ongoing skill development.
- Partner with the Clinical Director to monitor team performance, identify training needs, and uphold high standards of care.
- Ensure all supervisees adhere to organizational policies, state licensing board rules, and professional codes of ethics.
- Assist in facilitating case conferences and peer-review discussions.
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active independent clinical license in good standing in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent).
- Qualified and eligible to provide clinical supervision under Colorado regulatory board guidelines (e.g., meeting post-licensure experience requirements).
- Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical ethics, documentation standards, and risk-management protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, reflective communication, and coaching skills.
Preferred
- Prior experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians, interns, or peer support specialists/recovery coaches.
- Background in community mental health, substance use treatment, crisis response, or integrated care settings.
- Familiarity with Colorado behavioral health regulations and Medicaid documentation requirements.
