- Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalent

An ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a 24/7/365 hospital setting, which includes managing various levels of direct reports (Pharmacists, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, etc.). Candidates should have experience with developing, implementing and maintaining clinical workflows in collaboration with hospital and physician leadership.
Is there additional variable compensation?
Full medical, dental and vision benefits package for self and family. Qualified candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
