- Maintain timely, professional communication with supervisor, intake, and office; respond during normal business hours
- Perform patient care within a home health framework and utilize the documented system (Kinnser) for ongoing records; equipment issued includes iPad and Verizon One Talk
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- At least 1 year of Home Health experience
- Ability to perform Start of Care visits and associated documentation
- Proficiency with the Kinnser documentation system or willingness to learn
- Must be able to work in a home health setting and support territory needs as assigned
