Physical Therapist, Full-Time
Bounce Back Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and caring physical therapist to join our growing clinic. This individual would act as our patients’ partner and advocate on their road to recovery, from diagnosis to the completion of rehabilitation. Patient quality of life, functional improvement, and overall safety should be the sole focus of any candidate applying for this position.
Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
· Restores patient’s function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
· Provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
· Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
· Helps patient accomplish treatment plan by administering manual therapy, exercises, education, and using equipment & modalities as necessary.
· Evaluates and records patient’s progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required.
· Documents patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.
· Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
· Educates patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they will face.

Physical Therapists Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven work ethic and dedication to patient care throughout the recovery process
- Ability to communicate and adapt to different patients and personalities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high level of professionalism and personal ethics
- A thorough knowledge of current treatment practices
- A valid license to practice physical therapy
- CPR and first aid certification a plus
Education and Experience Requirements:
· DPT preferred
· Licensed as a physical therapist
· Minimum of 2-3 yeas of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting
