Position Summary
HolistiCare Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Physical Therapy Aide to support our therapists, help patients complete prescribed activities safely, and keep our busy outpatient clinics organized and welcoming.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in physical therapy, healthcare, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, or a future career as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant. Previous PT aide experience is helpful but not required; we are happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Assist therapists with patient flow and prescribed therapeutic exercises under therapist supervision
- Prepare treatment areas before and after patient visits
- Set up, clean, and organize equipment between patients
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming clinic environment
- Help with phones, scheduling, greeting patients, and other basic front-desk responsibilities as needed
- Communicate patiently and professionally with patients, families, therapists, and staff
- Help create a positive experience for every patient
