We are a fitness-minded practice with lots of interaction between our staff, providers, and our patients. If you’re a friendly self-starter with excellent computer, phone, and people skills, we’re looking for you.
Flexible work hours are available in our Goffstown and Windham offices. Afternoon and Evening hours are required. We are willing to work with the right candidate to craft a schedule that fits your needs.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Answering phones
· Greeting and scheduling patients
· Filing and scanning documents into EMR
· Communicating with doctor's offices & insurance companies
Minimum skill requirements include:
· Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Professional appearance and telephone skills
· Self-directed and efficient
· Detailed-oriented, organized, and accurate
· Skilled in the use of basic office equipment
· Willingness to learn and grow
Desirable but not required:
· General understanding of healthcare privacy regulations.
· Previous medical office experience with insurance benefits verification
