As an Anesthesiologist , you will play a crucial role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our medical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort during operations. Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia during surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels
- Collaborate with surgical teams to discuss anesthesia plans
- Provide preoperative assessments and consultations
- Manage postoperative anesthesia recovery
- Educate patients regarding anesthesia practices and protocols
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in anesthesiology
- Comply with hospital policies and safety regulations
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Current medical license to practice in Florida
- Strong understanding of anesthesia protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Schedule: 4-day workweeks, 8-hour day shifts
General call shifts are available if interested
Case Types: Full scope of chronic pain procedures
Will be teaching anesthesia procedures to residents and medical students
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
