Job description:
Indiana Pain and Wellness Center has an excellent opportunity for a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Pain Management, eight hours per week.
Indiana Pain and Wellness Center is a physician led, progressive, multi-disciplinary clinic providing non-narcotic and non-surgical solutions to pain. We combine medical and chiropractic care, physical therapy and functional medicine. We offer all typical ultrasound guided injections for musculoskeletal, and orthopedic pain. In addition, we perform PRP injections, and other rejuvenation therapies.
The pay range for this position is negotiable. Pay is dependent on the applicant's skills and relevant experience and can be expected to increase.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in a collaborative approach to patient care and can work autonomously and in a team environment.
2+ years of pain management experience preferred.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Indiana in a collaborative agreement.
Full Prescriptive Authority.
Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association of the American Red Cross.
Preference will be given a candidate who is credentialed with the major private insurers
Responsibilities include providing medical services to patients, conducting health assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to provide exceptional patient care.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
