Key Accountabilities
Plant Operations Process and Improvement:
- Coordinate the planned operations, while reducing process variation with the use of statistical process control.
- Maintain a very active effort in the design, improvement and subsequent modification of the plant processes.
- Develop a production planning schedule in order to guarantee finished product inventories, predict plant potential risks (bottlenecks), and utilize “all” plant resources to their maximum potential.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure quality materials are available for shipment when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Plant Support and Reporting:
- Coordinate the leadership daily work schedules to maintain adequate resources at the plant when needed.
- Continuously improve leadership and staff’s capability by assisting with training new leaders.
- Report plant performance on a monthly basis to the management staff.
- Provide input to the Maintenance and Engineering departments to help maximize their efforts.
Plant Environment Safety:
- Ensure plant areas are clean, safe and in orderly condition at all times.
- Coordinate activities related to the safety in the plant area, in accordance with Area Managers.

Education
University (Bachelor’s Degree) in Business, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience and a minimum of 3 years as a senior department manager managing a professional staff. Manufacturing with granulation is preferred. SAP experience is required.

- Proven ability to lead and supervise team of professional level employees, and set goals and objectives for team members.
- Effective team player and coordinator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- High degree of discipline and teamwork.
