Who is Sonar?
Sonar is driving the future of agent-centric software development. As the leader in AI code verification and governance, we solve a critical problem: ensuring that software generated by AI-assisted developers or autonomous agents is reliable, secure, and maintainable.
Integrating seamlessly with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Devin, we help over 75% of the Fortune 100 build trusted, reliable, compliant software. Customers who use Sonar are 44% less likely to report an outage due to AI-generated code.
We believe code verification is the critical missing link in the Agent-Centric Development Cycle (AC/DC). Industry giants like Nvidia, ServiceNow, Booking.com, Goldman Sachs, AstraZeneca, and Ford Motor Company count on us to provide independent, explainable, consistent review and governance of their AI-generated code via products like:
- SonarQube: The world’s leading AI code review and verification platform.
- SonarQube Foundation Agent: Currently topping the leaderboards for agentic software repair.
- SonarSweep & Sonar Context Augmentation: Providing the enterprise-grade context and constraints agents need to be truly effective.
Our team operates across global hubs in Austin, Bochum, Dubai, Geneva, London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C. We move with a mindset we call CODE:
- Committed to our customers and community.
- Obsessed with quality.
- Deliberate in our decisions.
- Effective as one team.
With over $400M in revenue and profitable, fast-paced growth, we are building the backbone of the AI software revolution. If you’re hungry to have an impact, want to build at a fast pace, and ready to work at the forefront of AI, we want to hear from you.
The Impact You Will Have:
Build Sonar's Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up — the foundational infrastructure that enables partners to independently position, demonstrate, and deliver Sonar solutions at scale.
Own the full lifecycle of partner learning: curriculum design, content contribution, LMS operations, credentialing, and program reporting — making you the connective tissue between partner success and revenue outcomes.
Directly unblock partner-led pipeline motions — including SQS-to-SQC migrations, scale engagements, and tiered qualification — by ensuring partners have the skills and credentials to operate independently.
Shape how Sonar invests in partner enablement for years to come, with your Y1 results forming the foundation for expanded programs in FY27 and beyond.
What You Will Do Daily:
Design and manage end-to-end learning paths for partner personas — AEs, BDMs, SEs, and implementation engineers — across Track A (Sales) and Track B (Technical) accreditation programs.
Collaborate closely with Developer Writers and Instructional Designers to develop, review, and refine course content that is accurate, engaging, and fit for the partner context.
Own the LMS: publish and maintain courses, manage learner enrollments and completions, and ensure a seamless partner experience from first login to badge issuance.
Administer digital credentialing — managing badge configuration, issuance workflows, and integration with the partner portal.
Define and maintain the assessment framework that validates partner competency across both tracks, in close collaboration with subject matter experts.
Build and deliver program reporting — tracking completion rates, pipeline influence, and accreditation velocity — to demonstrate ROI and support future funding decisions.
Coordinate with Channel & Ecosystem, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to keep the program aligned to evolving partner and business needs.
Identify content gaps and continuously improve the program based on partner feedback and performance data.
Experience Needed:
At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, customer education, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated ability to build structured learning programs — including curriculum design, assessment development, and credentialing — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS); experience publishing, managing, and reporting on course content.
Comfortable operating across a broad scope: you can move from curriculum strategy to LMS configuration to stakeholder reporting without losing momentum.
Strong project management instincts — you set timelines, identify dependencies, and follow through without being micromanaged.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical SMEs and go-to-market stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital credentialing platforms (Credly or equivalent) is a plus.
Exposure to software development, DevOps, or developer tooling is an advantage — you don't need to write code, but you should be able to hold a credible conversation with an SE.
In-office culture
We're intentional about this. We believe the best teams are built in the room together. Three anchor days — Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays — create the collaboration rhythm that makes a hub office worth having.
Candidates need to be genuinely based in the location the role is posted — if that's not where you are today, we're happy to support relocation for the right person.
We value diversity, equity, and inclusion
