A Taste of What You'll Do
You’ll design, configure, build, and maintain Anaplan models, modules, lists, hierarchies, calculations, dashboards, pages, workflows, and management reports across business areas such as supply chain and sales planning. Using Anaplan best practices, including DISCO and PLANS principles, you’ll help create solutions that are maintainable, auditable, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and scalability, including Polaris-enabled environments.
You’ll collaborate with solution architects, model builders, data engineering teams, and business stakeholders on integrations, testing, performance tuning, and complex solution design. Along the way, you’ll communicate project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies, lead backlog prioritization and refinement, support agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor more junior team members. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on Anaplan expertise with analytical problem-solving, product leadership, and meaningful partnership across the business.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT experience to include software development or product analyst experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 years of IT Product Analyst or ownership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of IT experience to include software development or product analyst experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience leading/managing software development programs/projects.
- Familiarity with technical software delivery methods (e.g. Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) and change management practices.
- Deep technical knowledge of product/tech stack.
- Experience in Product Management.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
