About the Role
We're partnering with an established Am Law 200 law firm in Irvine seeking a Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst to support its financial systems, enterprise applications, and reporting infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role focused on administering and optimizing the firm's financial management and intake/conflicts platforms while developing reporting and analytics that support Finance, Risk, attorneys, and firm leadership.
The ideal candidate has experience working within a law firm environment, understands how legal financial systems operate, and can take ownership of enterprise applications, integrations, and reporting infrastructure.
Hands-on Aderant experience is a key requirement, with Intapp experience strongly preferred.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise financial applications, including Aderant and Intapp .
- Support application updates, system integrations, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools.
- Analyze billing, collections, attorney activity, client trends, and operational performance.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and business planning initiatives.
- Work closely with Finance, Risk, IT, attorneys, and firm leadership to identify reporting and system needs.
- Improve data accuracy, governance, reporting workflows, and overall system efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and emerging legal technology.
- Support intake/conflicts systems and related application workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, financial systems, business systems, or reporting.
- Law firm experience strongly preferred , particularly supporting financial applications and reporting infrastructure.
- Hands-on Aderant experience required , including administration, configuration, integrations, or ongoing application support.
- Intapp experience strongly preferred , particularly intake, conflicts, and related workflows.
- Strong financial reporting, dashboard development, and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot enterprise applications, improve workflows, and support system integrations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with Finance, Risk, IT, attorneys, and firm leadership.
- Must be able to work onsite in Irvine three days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $145,000–$175,000+
