Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking AH-64 Product Repair Modification (Entry Level, Associate, or Mid level) Technicians to support the AH-64 team in Mesa, Arizona.
Position Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
- Assists with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes.
- Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
- Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications.
- Assists with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations).
- Works under supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with aircraft
- Experience working as an aircraft mechanic
- Must be willing and able to work variable shifts (1st and/or 2nd based on business needs)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience attributed to GFD5IB would be minimum 1 year experience with assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with aircraft
- Experience attributed to GFD5IC would be minimum 3 years' experience with assembling, disassembling, or repairing components associated with aircraft
- Experience attributed to GFD5IB would be minimum 1 year experience an aircraft mechanic
- Experience attributed to GFD5IC would be minimum 3 years' experience as an aircraft mechanic
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred
- AH-64 experience
