- 10+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally in a global, matrixed, or fast-moving environment
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring Talent Acquisition professionals across geographies or business areas
- Strong executive presence and ability to partner effectively with senior business and HR leaders
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting for complex, specialized, or senior-level roles
- Ability to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact recruiting strategies
- Strong judgment, learning agility, and the ability to figure things out in ambiguous situations
- A hands-on leadership style, with the willingness to personally own searches, processes, and outcomes when needed
