Prism Pain & Wellness is an interventional pain management practice serving the Denver metro area. Our mission is to improve quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care while expanding access to advanced pain and wellness treatments.

We're looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Specialist who is excited about building a marketing program from the ground up. This is more than a social media position—you'll help shape our brand, increase patient awareness, grow our wellness services, and strengthen relationships throughout the community.

What You'll DoSocial Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile)
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and educational content
• Monitor engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

Monthly Marketing Campaigns

• Develop and launch creative monthly promotions
• Coordinate seasonal specials and wellness campaigns
• Promote services including Botox, Exomind, Emsculpt Neo, and other wellness offerings
• Measure campaign success and make recommendations for improvement

Community Outreach

• Coordinate community events and health fairs
• Build relationships with physicians, businesses, and referral partners
• Organize educational events and networking opportunities
• Represent Prism Pain & Wellness in the community

Content Creation

• Design flyers, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Assist with photography and video production
• Create educational content for patients
• Keep website content current and engaging

Reputation Management

• Help grow and maintain our online reputation
• Encourage patient reviews
• Monitor online feedback
• Work with management on review responses when appropriate

Collaboration

• Work directly with the Executive Director and providers
• Attend planning meetings
• Present marketing ideas and campaign results
• Help staff stay informed about upcoming promotions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Healthcare marketing experience is a plus
• Experience creating social media content and short-form videos
• Graphic design experience (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO is a plus
• Strong photography and video editing skills are desirable

Software Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Canva
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Office
• Google Analytics
• Email marketing platforms
• Website content management systems
• Video editing software
