Home Design Specialist & Marketing Coordinator
Majestic Homes is seeking a full-time Home Design Specialist & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role blends client-facing design guidance with marketing and brand management, helping homeowners bring their vision to life while supporting the company’s marketing efforts and online presence.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Location: 10355 Dawsons Creek BLVD, Suite C, Fort Wayne
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Client Design & Selections
- Guide clients through the custom home design selection process, helping them choose finishes, fixtures, and design elements for their home.
- Meet with clients at multiple vendor locations to review finish samples and product options.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the build process to ensure their expectations are understood and met.
Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
- Communicate client selections to vendors and subcontractors to ensure all design choices are clearly documented and conveyed.
- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Basic graphic design and layout creation of marketing materials such as
o Brochures
o Social media graphics
o Jobsite signage
o Other promotional materials
- Manage company social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Assist with maintenance and updates for two company websites.
- Research and implement ways to expand online presence, including review-platforms (Yelp, Angie, etc.) and industry discussion boards.
Office & Administrative Support
- Assist with general office operations as needed.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as:
o Answering phones
o Responding to website inquiries
o Assisting team members with office tasks

o ChatGPT
- Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software
