Marketing & Public Relations Manager
Position Summary
The Marketing & Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen community partnerships, and drive growth across all Milestones organizations, including:
- Milestones Services
- Milestones RISE
- Milestones Care at Home
- Milestones Transportation
- Okolona Child Care
This position combines marketing strategy, sales funnel development, digital marketing, public relations, community engagement, and brand management. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of building systems that consistently convert awareness into referrals, admissions, and customers while maintaining a positive public image for each organization.
The Marketing & Public Relations Manager will work closely with executive leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with the mission, values, and strategic goals of the organization.
Reporting Relationship
Reports to:
Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for each organization.
- Maintain consistent branding across all companies.
- Identify new opportunities to increase market share.
- Develop marketing campaigns supporting organizational growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop key messaging for each service line.
- Ensure all marketing materials accurately represent services and regulatory requirements.
Sales Funnel Development
Develop and manage marketing funnels that generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating customer journeys from awareness through enrollment.
- Designing lead generation campaigns.
- Developing landing pages.
- Building email nurture campaigns.
- Managing CRM lead pipelines.
- Tracking conversion rates.
- Optimizing marketing campaigns using performance data.
- Creating automated follow-up systems.
- Developing referral funnels for healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community agencies.
- Building parent enrollment funnels for Okolona Child Care.
Digital Marketing
Manage all online marketing efforts including:
