Become the reason great agents choose us - and never want to leave. Totally About Houses is on a mission to become the #1 brokerage in Kentucky, and we do it a different way. We call it the third way: not a franchise that swallows the agent, not a boutique where the broker overshadows. Your name on the sign, not ours - we build the agent's brand, business, and wealth.
We're looking for an extroverted, goal-driven marketing and recruiting leader to own that promise. As our Director of Growth, you'll lead our marketing team, build the TAH brand across every channel, and be accountable for one clear outcome: top-producing agents reach out to us unprompted, and the agents we already have stay proud to fly the TAH flag. You'll own agent-attraction campaigns, our recruiting-brand strategy, agent-retention marketing, and the marketing budget - and you'll hand qualified agent leads to our recruiting team to close.
If you're a self-motivated leader who loves picking up the phone, building relationships, managing a team, and hitting goals, we want to meet you. A real estate license is not required - marketing and recruiting experience is. Apply today if this describes you!
Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Own and lead TAH's agent-attraction strategy - campaigns, brand, and paid recruiting ads that generate a steady flow of inbound agent interest
Lead and manage the marketing team (brand/content, agent services, listing marketing, and events)
Build and run agent-retention marketing - spotlights, internal communications, and events that keep agents engaged and proud to be at TAH
Hand qualified agent leads to the recruiting team and track results; own the marketing budget and report performance to leadership monthly
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
3+ years of marketing experience plus 2+ years of recruiting, talent attraction, or people development experience
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team toward clear goals
Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable picking up the phone to build relationships
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred; a real estate license is NOT required

Growth Jobs in Kentucky: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth in Kentucky?
Growth roles in Kentucky do not require a state-issued license, so entry depends on education and demonstrated results. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. From there, building hands-on experience with analytics tools, funnel optimization, and campaign testing is the practical path. Kentucky's large healthcare and consumer brands provide strong entry opportunities for candidates who can show measurable impact on acquisition or retention metrics.
Which companies hire growths in Kentucky?
Kentucky growth roles are posted by DaVita, Thrive, and Dean Dorton and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Kentucky's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters and regional healthcare systems makes it a consistent source of full-time growth positions across both established companies and growth-stage divisions.
Which Kentucky cities have the most growth jobs?
Louisville, Buckner, and Glasgow are the Kentucky cities with the most growth openings. Louisville dominates because it is home to major corporate headquarters in healthcare, insurance, and consumer goods, while Lexington's mix of university-linked startups and regional employers supports steady demand, and Northern Kentucky benefits from its proximity to the Cincinnati metro and the distribution and fintech employers concentrated along that corridor.
Are there remote growth jobs in Kentucky?
Yes, and more than most fields, because growth work centers on analytics, strategy, and digital experimentation that travels well across time zones. About 33% of growth openings tied to Kentucky are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly distributed the function has become. Roles focused on data analysis, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing are the most likely to be fully remote, while positions with heavy cross-functional leadership or in-person product collaboration tend to require at least a hybrid schedule.
How can I get hired as a growth in Kentucky with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a rotational marketing or business analyst program at one of Kentucky's large corporate employers, where you gain exposure to funnel data and experimentation before moving into a dedicated growth track. Humana and other Louisville-based companies run structured early-career programs for recent graduates. Candidates without a direct growth title benefit from pivoting from adjacent roles in digital marketing, product operations, or business intelligence, and from building a portfolio of small-scale growth experiments, even from freelance or academic projects.
Where can I find and apply to growth jobs in Kentucky?
You can find and apply to growth jobs in Kentucky on Migrate Mate, which lists current Kentucky openings updated in real time. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level, specialty, and preferred location or remote setup, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
