What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As a hands-on individual contributor, you will own growth initiatives end-to-end across the entire developer journey—from signup and onboarding to activation, conversion, and expansion:
● Build & Optimize: Design seamless user experiences for signup, activation loops, and plan upgrades.
● Experiment & Iterated: Own, scope, and deploy rapid A/B tests and growth experiments.
● Remove Friction: Identify drop-off points in our developer funnel and ship high-impact code solutions.
● Data-Driven Roadmap: Partner directly with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives using funnels, event tracking, and product analytics.
● Accelerate Growth: Build internal tools to help our team iterate faster using modern AI coding workflows. Who You Are (Requirements)
● Experience: 5 to 12 years of production-level full-stack engineering experience.
● PLG Native: Proven track record of independently shipping features that directly improved meaningful PLG metrics (activation, conversion, or onboarding).
● Technical Depth: Deep expertise in building developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, or technical SaaS experiences.
● Product Judgment: Ability to operate as a mini-product manager—structuring, scoping, and shipping features without rigid blueprints.
● Mindset: You optimize for product outcomes over just "features shipped," comfortably balancing engineering quality with experimentation speed.
