Founded by the team behind IntSights (acquired by Rapid7), PointFive recently closed a $60M Series B led by Accel, with participation from Entrée Capital and Salesforce Ventures.
About the Role
This is PointFive's first growth hire, and you'll own the demand engine end to end—from paid and lifecycle marketing to outbound orchestration and pipeline reporting. You'll report directly to the CRO with real latitude to decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, collaborating with colleagues across the globe as well as contractors and paid media agencies that you'll manage day to day.
What You'll Do
Own paid media. Run Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any other channel you’re interested in testing —strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, and results.
Build email and lifecycle marketing
Run integrated campaigns and field events across paid, email, and outbound, owning the pre- and post-event motion
Orchestrate outbound with sales, aligning targeting, sequences, signals, and content so outbound and marketing pull in the same direction.
Own pipeline measurement and reporting, building it yourself across HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Common Room to show what's actually creating pipeline.
Improve the website and conversion path, from traffic to conversion rate to the path from first visit to qualified meeting.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation; bachelor's degree.
Hands-on-keyboard experience building campaigns, pulling data, and shipping work yourself—this isn't a role that manages a team into results.
Comfort working technically and operationally in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms, with the ability to work with data directly; SQL or Snowflake experience is a real advantage.
A curious, fast working style—testing, reading data honestly, and changing course without being told to.
High work ethic and high ownership; this is a small team with a big surface area and no passengers.
Nice to have
Experience marketing technical products to technical personas, especially engineering or platform teams
Familiarity with both PLG and sales-led GTM models
FinOps, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools background
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $210,000 USD annually.
Health, dental, vision (yes, all three!), equity in something early-stage and exciting, generous PTO, 401K, meal & commuter benefits, a team that will actually challenge you and much more
Why PointFive
Build a function, not inherit one. You'll report to the CRO, sit close to revenue, and see the direct line between what you run and what closes.
Real latitude from day one. You decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, backed by contractors and an agency you manage.
A proving ground for your next step. If your goal is to run marketing as a VP or CMO, this is the job where you show you can.
Equal Opportunity Statement
PointFive is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply.

Growth Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth in Massachusetts?
Growth roles in Massachusetts do not require a state-issued license or credential. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, economics, or a related field, paired with hands-on experience in experimentation, paid channels, or product analytics. Building a portfolio that shows measurable impact, such as documented lift from tests you ran, carries significant weight with Boston-area hiring teams at SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech companies.
Which companies hire growths in Massachusetts?
Companies currently hiring growths in Massachusetts include Whoop, Klaviyo, and SMX, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Massachusetts's dense concentration of venture-backed SaaS firms, established tech companies, and consumer brands means growth roles appear at businesses of every stage, from seed-funded startups in the Seaport District to publicly traded companies headquartered along Route 128.
Which Massachusetts cities have the most growth jobs?
Boston, Andover, and Waltham lead Massachusetts for growth job openings. Boston and Cambridge account for the largest share because they anchor the state's technology, biotech, and consumer software ecosystems, while Somerville and Waltham draw openings from mid-market SaaS firms and established tech campuses that cluster along the Route 128 corridor.
Are there remote growth jobs in Massachusetts?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 61% of growth openings tied to Massachusetts are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the work involves data analysis, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination that does not require a physical presence. Fully remote roles are most common for performance marketing, SEO, and analytics-heavy growth positions.
How can I get hired as a growth in Massachusetts with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a marketing coordinator, data analyst, or product operations role at a Massachusetts SaaS or e-commerce company, then moving laterally into a growth-specific position once you have experimentation or analytics exposure. Companies like HubSpot and Wayfair run associate and rotational programs that place early-career candidates into growth and marketing analytics teams. Building a portfolio of self-directed experiments or freelance channel work strengthens your candidacy before you apply.
Where can I find and apply to growth jobs in Massachusetts?
You can find and apply to growth jobs in Massachusetts on Migrate Mate, which lists current Massachusetts openings across experience levels, locations, and growth specialties. Find roles that fit your background and apply directly without creating an account or signing up.
